RAPDA TECH LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is responsible for the personal information we process in connection with this company website and enquiries sent to us. Where data protection law uses the term, we act as the controller for that processing. Contact us at rapda@mail.com with privacy questions or requests.
This policy covers the informational website and related correspondence. It does not describe data handling within any separate AI application. Those products will provide their own privacy information. This site does not currently offer accounts, payments, or an AI prompt or file-upload interface.

- Technical information: the hosting and security services that deliver the site may process your IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, timestamps, referrer information, and security-related events.
You can browse without sending us an enquiry. If you contact us, we need enough information to understand and respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information or other people’s information unless it is necessary and you are entitled to do so.

Information may be available to people authorised to handle enquiries, service providers supporting those activities, and professional advisers where necessary. It may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. External sites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.
06International processing
Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

This website does not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising. We do not vary the site’s behaviour in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. There is no sale or advertising-sharing activity on this site for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of.
09Children’s information
This company website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can assess and address it, including deletion where appropriate.
10Policy updates
We will update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent for new uses that require it.
